Terms of Service

By accessing or using Taskify.ae ("Taskify", "we", "our", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Taskify on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Taskify is an AI-powered productivity tool that connects to your email inbox via read-only OAuth, extracts action items using large language model (LLM) technology, and presents them in a unified task dashboard.

Taskify does not send emails on your behalf, does not store raw email content on its servers, and does not modify your inbox or email account in any way.

You must create an account to use Taskify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may connect one or more email accounts (Gmail, Outlook) to Taskify. By connecting an account, you grant Taskify read-only access to that account's inbox data solely for the purpose of task extraction.

You may revoke Taskify's access to your email account at any time via your email provider's security settings (e.g., Google Account → Security → Third-party apps). Revoking access will stop all data processing immediately.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable UAE federal or emirate law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (d) use the Service to process data belonging to a third party without their consent; (e) circumvent any usage limits or restrictions associated with your plan.

Taskify offers a free tier with usage limits and paid subscription plans billed in UAE Dirhams (AED) on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in your account dashboard and are inclusive of applicable UAE VAT (5%).

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period no pro-rated refunds are issued for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Taskify processes email data in accordance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. By using the Service, you consent to the processing described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain full ownership of your data at all times. Taskify claims no intellectual property rights over content accessed from your inbox.

Taskify and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Taskify FZ-LLC and are protected under applicable UAE intellectual property laws. "Taskify", "Taskify.ae", and the Taskify logo are trademarks of Taskify FZ-LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, TASKIFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated task extractions and summaries may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all action items identified by Taskify before acting on them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASKIFY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TASKIFY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TASKIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
