Taskify.ae started with a simple observation: knowledge workers across the UAE spend more time managing their inbox than doing actual work. We built the tool we wished existed.
Our story
The average knowledge worker in the UAE receives over 120 emails per day. Most of those emails contain real action items invoices to approve, documents to review, calendar invites to respond to, client messages that need replies. But buried inside an inbox, those action items go untracked, are dealt with out of order, or are missed entirely.
Generic Western productivity tools were designed for different markets. They don't understand VAT filing deadlines, DIFC client onboarding flows, or bilingual Arabic-English threads. They weren't designed around UAE data protection law. And they bill in USD with no local support.
So we built Taskify a privacy-first AI assistant that connects to your inbox via read-only Google OAuth, extracts every action item using Gemini AI, and surfaces them in a clean, prioritised dashboard. The raw content of your emails never leaves your device. The AI sees only anonymised task summaries.
We're a small team based in Dubai, and we dogfood Taskify every day. If it doesn't work for us, it doesn't ship to you.

Privacy by design
Your email data is never stored on our servers. We use read-only OAuth, process summaries locally, and support full deletion with one click.

We believe productivity tools should get out of your way. If a feature doesn't save you meaningful time, we don't ship it.
